Terms of use
The short version
- Interior Quote is free while we run the pilot. Paid plans will be announced with notice.
- Your data stays yours, and you can export it any time.
- You are responsible for what your quotations say, including rates and tax.
The service
Interior Quote is provided by Qrenzy Digital Solutions, Thrissur, Kerala, India. By creating an account or using the free template you agree to these terms.
The pilot and pricing
During the pilot the app is free. After the pilot a free plan with limits stays available. We will announce paid plans and any change to limits by email and on this site before they apply, and you can export your data whatever you decide.
Pro is paid in advance through Cashfree Payments: monthly in India by UPI AutoPay or card mandate, or yearly as a single payment that does not renew by itself. Outside India, Pro is yearly and paid by bank transfer to Qrenzy Digital Solutions; we switch it on when the payment arrives. Prices are listed on our home page in each currency, with nothing added at checkout. You can cancel a monthly plan any time in Firm settings: you are not charged again and Pro stays on until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part periods. If a payment fails, the free plan limits apply until it is collected.
Your account
Keep access to your email account secure, because signing in uses a code sent to it. You are responsible for what happens in your firm’s account.
Your data and your quotations
- You own the data you put into Interior Quote and the quotations you create.
- You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
- Interior Quote calculates amounts from what you enter. You are responsible for checking your quotations before sending them, including rates, quantities, tax rates and legal wording. Tax presets are starting points, not tax advice.
Fair use
Do not use Interior Quote to send spam, to break the law, to upload content you have no right to use, or to try to access another firm’s data or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Interior Quote available and your data safe, including nightly backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as a lost job or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Interior Quote at any time; download your data first, then email us to delete your account. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thrissur, Kerala have jurisdiction. Questions: info@qrenzy.com.
