The short version

  • We collect only what is needed to make and send your quotations.
  • Your quotations, rates and clients are yours. We do not sell or share them, and we do not show ads.
  • You can download all of it at any time and ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Interior Quote is run by Qrenzy Digital Solutions, Thrissur, Kerala, India (“we”). Contact: info@qrenzy.com.

What we collect and why

  • Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code and to send you notices about your quotations, such as when a client accepts one.
  • What you enter in the app: firm details, logo, bank details, tax profiles, item library and rates, clients and quotations. We store it only to provide the service to you.
  • Your clients’ details that you enter, such as name, phone, email and site address, and, when a client accepts or asks for changes on a quotation link, the name and message they type. You are responsible for having a reason to hold your clients’ details; we process them only on your instructions.
  • What you send through the contact form: your name, email, and any phone number, firm and message you add. We use it only to reply to you. To stop spam we keep a one-way code made from your IP address with the message, and the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it without tracking cookies.
  • A sign-in cookie (iq_session) that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary; we use no advertising or tracking cookies.

The free interior quotation template on this site runs in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us; an unfinished draft is kept only in your browser’s local storage until you clear it.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, the app and its database and files, and processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. We count visits to the public website with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
  • Brevo sends our emails (sign-in codes and quotation notices).
  • Cashfree Payments takes Pro subscription payments, if you upgrade. We send it your email, firm name and the mobile number you give for the payment; your card, UPI or bank details go to Cashfree only and never reach us.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts used on our pages, which means your browser requests them from Google.

These providers may process data outside India, under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes. We back up the database every night and keep each backup for 30 days, so deleted data disappears from backups within 30 days.

Your choices

  • Get a copy: Firm settings → Your data lets you download everything as JSON, and clients, items and quotations as CSV, at any time.
  • Correct it: edit anything in the app.
  • Delete it: email info@qrenzy.com from your account’s email address and we will delete your account and data.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Sign-in codes and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes. Each firm can see only its own data, and we test that separation automatically on every change.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users by email before the change takes effect.
